well, common sense plays a part, too. ;) -

limit processed foods and sugar (that can have an impact on heart health).

tzatziki is good, but there are healthier creamy dressings - bolthouse farms and some other brands (usually near produce, as they're refrigerated) have some that are yogurt based and tasty. I use them primarily as dips for veggies, as I'm happy with balsamic and evoo combos for salads most of the time.
