I just got the oddest email, and I'm wondering...is this a scam? What would the scam be?

There's a LinkedIn profile for a Janis H. Benson that says she's started a new job at the Public Defender's office, but no other hit for that name/occupation anywhere. Also, there's no such hearing on the docket for that time/day in that courtroom. So what's the scam here? The 800 number?

I am so glad that you called this afternoon and that I was at my desk, so that we were actually able to speak, finally! As to the Tombstone address—which is where we mailed you a copy of the motion—that is the address that Scott Schlievert’s legal assistant had.
I look forward to meeting you and discussing your case tomorrow (Tuesday, February 6th) at 10:30 a.m. The evidentiary hearing on the Motion to Stop Visitation Between Father and Child, filed by Phenyxx’s attorney, is Thursday, February 8th at 10:30 a.m., Division 6 (Superior Court of Cochise County in Bisbee). We can discuss all of this tomorrow.
