He just doesn't hit well enough and he wasn't taking a one year deal. Andujar is likely ready to make the team out of spring training.

They can't have Frazier blocking him and if they sign him, he doesn't hit and Andujar does then you have a weak bat on your bench that's only value is a late inning defensive replacement.
