Tax reform crushed exempt orgs (colleges, etc.) on employee use of facilities and gyms. As well as all the fringe benefits received.

This has been our number 1 discussion with so many clients.
Responses:
everyone outside of that building has to pay for gym use. it's like $240 per year BUT that year is august - august. if you sign up in february? $240
