this is what I wonder -- how much extra water and time to offset dried beans. I prefer dry because they're easier to store honestly.

I suppose I could IP the beans from dry, but ONE STEP is the killer app of the IP.
that soup looks great. I am trying REALLY hard to only eat lunch out once per week and IP soup is really easy to make a week's worth at a time... so keep those soup recipes coming. (also I love white beans. so underrated.)
