Oh, they did that without an argument - except I now have to fly through DFW :/

Not only that, when I looked at the seats for the new flight the only aisle seat showing was the very back row or the one in front of the emergency row which she was quick to point out wouldn't recline. Then she offered me one that showed as unavailable and said I had higher priority for it. Made me feel like a frequent flyer we all know and love :-)
I told her she'd earned forgiveness for one of the many complaints I have against AA :)
