Spokane to Calgary is doable in a day, but it's a long day. for the rest, what do you want to do? hiking, general sightseeing?

I'd probably spend a day each in Banff and Jasper at least. Banff-Jasper is like a 4 hour drive. I love Lake Louise, but if you're not hiking around, it can be a little limited.
