For an emotional toddler sociopath, he's actually pretty smart in many aspects, he is always getting people to think he said something when later...

after they lost their investment on what they thought was his solid promises I didn't say that, I said (something that would certainly indicate that what he means but now when you read a transcript doesn't really and you based your hearing what you wantd to hear on something he said the day before)
