This doesn't surprise me; this behavior is about power and ego. Who better defines those than politicians

If you put gun to every politician's head, I'd wager you'd get a strong percentage of people who've done something in the range of willful improper touching.
But to actually make that a key plank of your profile, that's just asking for karma to smack you down with a barbed wire bat.
