There are (dumb) people sitting in their cars in the parking lot of the office near me, waiting to go to work.

Maybe it's Congress' fault in that they haven't gotten it to him. The longer it takes the less likely some people on the east coast will have to go in. They give us time to report (4 hours if I recall correctly). Last furlough he signed so late in the day that I had it fully off. If he doesn't sign before 11:30 I'll be off today.
