I saw that earlier and looked-up what sjp had said - with context, I could see it rubbing the wrong way to a point.

it was on the effusive love sending side of sentiments - if sjp had just said (and I get that she had to say something) she was sorry for the loss and sending sympathy, I don't think it would have brought the same ott response.
