I wasn't sure he was ready (I hate the idea of doing these changes before he can talk better, because I want to be able to explain it.)

But with SheFox's back being so bad, we figured it was time to try so she won't have to lift him in and out of it all the time.
And I threw the crib away this morning (it was broken, we won't use it for our next one), so he's stuck with the bed now. :)
