not going to count the replaced kitchen/bathroom faucets because we renoed the bath and put in new stone counter and just replaced them, got a new toilet when we tiled the floor
water heater needed replacing again because the idiots installing it banged it, cracked the huge glass bottle which eventually leaked much sooner than it should.
the furnace had to be replaced when the last one kept trying to start, would immediately cut out after making lots of flame up, gasp, snuff out over and over like a dozen times in row, nothing blocking, apparently a design flaw, but it cost us as much trying to repair as to replace.
