crash, does that 170 factor in that it's a duplex? Because I didn't realize that when I linked it.

A duplex with a strata corporation (like a HOA). One my main reasons for wanting to buy a house is to get away from the limitations imposed by a strata.
I'll put solar panels on my roof if I damn well please.

here I think you'd be looking mid 200s without a rental permit, low 300s with a rental permit. (there aren't a lot of duplexes in this town.) -- nm

I saw it was a duplex and I am high for that. A comparable house just went for 171 and the market is getting hotter -- nm
