This is where I'm at, too. Cousins and Smith have more knowns than unknowns on their teams. Garoppolo faces more unknowns than knowns on the 49ers.

Adding Jerrick McKinnon was a moved that bolstered Garoppolo's fantasy value, and the team is trending in the right direction, too. Another fantasy playmaker or two would cause me to push Garroppolo to the top of the list from a fairly close third.
But at the same time, a mis-step by the 49ers is going to cost Garoppolo a lot of fantasy value. And there is more of a risk of that happening with that team than there is with the Redskins or the Vikings.
