How long do checks take to clear with Check 21 now? (note: I never write checks)

I'm almost positive the funds will be available in my Suntrust account tomorrow, but maybe not til tomorrow night. If he deposited the check over the weekend, or deposits it first thing tomorrow morning, can it clear same day with Check 21, like before funds post from ING?

(I' -almost- positive funds will post tomorrow. They are already gone from ING as of Friday)
