heh, my back almost went from sitting in Subway eating lunch this weekend.

literally sitting (with the kids); then a did a big jump from out of nowhere and scared the shit out of them.
Had a couple more spasms but then it settled down thank God.
I miss the old days when picking up a pen could throw it out; now it is just sitting in a damn chair.
