I read a very good argument for why it's a good idea but only in the minors.

In the minors you're not really interested in who wins the game. They're only interested in them getting their work in and getting better. The last thing they want is extra inning games where pitchers are being used for more innings than they'd want. The minors would rather the game end after nine than play 16. This way it lets them keep playing but likely helps the game end after only one or two extra innings.
The down side is that you'll end up with the same scenario every time. You'll get the lead off guy to bunt and move the runner to third and then you'll look for the sac fly to bring him in.
