The poster has the title "Isle of Dogs" displayed in such a way that each English word lies on top of a Japanese character.
The word "Isle" is on top of the kanji for "dog" and the word "Dogs" is on top of the kanji for "island."
The overall translation is not incorrect as far as I can tell (Disclosure: substantially limited knowledge of Japanese), but the display tweaks the OCD parts of my brain.
