Here is how I got out of it the one time I made it to the box.

They told me to answer truthfully. So I did. They did not explicitly tell me to not do other shit.
So I got "Juror No. 7, do you firmly believe in the concept of the accused being presumed innocent until proven guilty."
I answered truthfully "Yes, I do." That I understand was my obligation.
But I also did an exaggerated eyeroll.
EXCUSED BY THE DEFENSE!
