It's a solid mechanic that helps speed up the results.

Here's how I play:
1) Jump off the bus with 4 or less seconds remaining.
2) Find a house or two to go through to get some weapons (by the time I have boots on the ground, there are probably 70 people left)
3) Depending on where the eye is, I'll camp out in a structure or move casually toward the outer rim of the eye.
4) Rinse and repeat.
It's not a fast paced or exciting way to go about things, but I feel like it's a good method to help with going deep into a match.
