government does, is so fundamentally stupid that it never ceases to amaze me that it plays well with people. Is he suggesting eliminating public education? Privatizing police? Privatizing roads? No? Then they have to be funded. Of course the only thing he really means is not funding things for poor people, but that doesn't sound as good. But it sounds like they can barely even keep their schools open now.
