"Oh yeah, I checked before I called you"

"Okay, I'll call the appliance repairman. I'm going to give him your cell phone number and he will call and set an appointment with you to repair the dryer"

that was this morning

this afternoon, the appliance shop owner just called to tell us the problem with the dryer was the breaker was off

*slowly bangs head in frustration with people*
