after about 5 years when they get really big and start producing 400 pieces of fruit, you're screwed. There will always be some that hit the ground to rot and mango's attract every species of vermin in the area. raccoons, rats and a dozen I can't think of show up to live in your yard.

so no matter how I much I want a mango tree, I think I will pass until I talk to people in my area who actually have a mango tree.
