No one place met every criteria (considering we had lots of them, we knew we'd have to compromise). This came closest.

About the only criteria is missed on was that it's not walking distance to the El. But, it's right next to a bus stop, and the bus takes 5 minutes to get to the train. Or it's a 15 minute walk in nice weather. I was more worried about that for my brother, who will be commuting daily. Considering how head over heals he is for this place, I think he'll handle the commute
