Do you guys know of any good Project Management software? Does such a thing exist?

I prefer free, but I would be willing to look into something to get my company to buy. What do you guys do?

I'd like something where I could plug in follow up dates and I could look and see the projects that need follow through on any particular day.

I'm trying to do this with Excel and MS Outlook (97!), but I don't think I'm creative enough to build something that useful with those. Help? TIA.
