excel help probably overthinking this.

I have a large excel file from which I need to get two things, a list of names and customer numbers. I dont need repeats, or the number of instances, I just need that data to compare to something else.

for the life of me I cant figure out how to get this extracted.

Responses:

PivotTable - Row Header = Names / Numbers as your 2 Row Header -- nothing in the data == a clean row sans duplicates. -- nm - Will Hunting Apr 5, 12:57
