Nope - I don't always have the super easy to find ones in my bag. nm

But, any rare or even hard to get - I'll have at least 1 of them at all times.
But for many of those - especially those that don't evolve - I only keep them until I get one that's higher CP - then I transfer the lower one.
I realized today that I have like 600 Murkrow candy - ugh! And no shiny Murkrow - by the way.
