Nothing that elaborate, he just live tweets Fox and Friends, mostly. -- (edited)

This was in a meeting with lawmakers, though, with an orchestrated roll-out in the press, instead of a poorly-considered tweet.
Watch for him to walk it back on Twitter tomorrow morning though...
