Just posted on Facebook for a fundraiser our office is doing for 3 local school kid's food pantry's - if you can spare $5 - I'll match up to $100!

It's national "High Five" day and we're asking for $5 donations - hence the $5 request.

It's the second year we've supported the pantry's for the month of April by raising money and getting non-perishable food donations. The first pantry opened in November of 2016 and my co-worker Robyn learned about it in her Church service - the one who started it. It's for kids that need food assistance - they can shop in the pantry's on Friday's for weekend food and snack foods during the school week. So far we're serving about 150 kids locally - and two more towns nearby are planning to open theirs in the next 6 months.

It's sad that there is a need - but great we have such good support to help.
