it's not so easy to find mainstream varieties that are exactly what was used in the study and similar I've seen.

green & black's organic is probably closest. it's not quite as good as lindt's 70%, for another mainstreamer; but they don't use cane sugar. (both have some cocoa butter and lecithin, for their bars - most bars have those vs. chips or wafers.)
