I complete my first long* run of the year in prep for a marathon

By long* I mean 4.25 miles so it's not quite long yet. But I ran the whole thing and was comfortable the entire time.

The target marathon isn't until November so I have plenty of time. I paced myself for a 5 hour marathon and it was never difficult so hopefully in the next 6 months it should be reasonable to add the distance and speed necessary as long as I keep with it. The median marathon time for men is apparently around 4:22 so I think that's my ultimate goal.
