Because no way I even consider that Marvel killed off 5 of their franchises. That is what it comes down to. If it were just one, then maybe. But no way do they expect people to believe that a dozen of their names are gone.
And I get that is part of what is argued by David, etc. It is still a hell-of-a-great story, and deserved to be told.
