There's like a very simply process through the province to file a complaint. These complaints usually go unchallenged.

I assume you fill out the online form, there's some cursory hearing, and a ruling is passed down which may involve a financial penalty and/or a suspension or revocation of license. This guy is a menace. He was a menace to you and he's likely hurt other clients too.
