I watched someone last night build up 4 levels with slopes and doors in like 2-3 seconds. in the middle of that they were editing / inserting doors.
Responses:
basically spin in a circle, build 4 walls, switch to stairs, build and jump. it is a pretty quick process once you get used to it -- nm
