Someone made a good point about legalized betting in sports.

MLB has instant replay now, but it's terrible. Tonight, the Braves scored a run on a play, but the umpire called the player out. The instant replays clearly showed that the player was safe. For no apparent reason, the instant replay team in New York called the player out.
Imagine if you had gambled on that person scoring a run. There are lots of little situations like these that will get bloody with legalized gambling.
