PoGo question - do y'all see many Koffings and/or Wheezings around?

I ask because back before the events started and now that they're done for a minute - I see Koffings all over around my work...and some Wheezings.

I'm wondering if Niantic has a sense of humor and ups the spawn rates for those around hospitals. Since I'm right in the mix of 2 different hospitals.

I know it's considered "rare" but was wondering what y'all see.
