The CPA who forgot to submit my wife's 2016 tax does want to get paid for submitting them now.

It looks like in 2016 she paid him but there is no invoice submitting I guess.
We accidentally discovered that the taxes weren't submitted. She has numerous emails from then asking if he had submitted them.
We now have a new cpa.
