LYC: I will say this. On my third "no eating" day, it certainly is getting easier

I'm allowing myself up to the "500 calorie" suggestion on no eating days but usually staying under. Today so far I've had a Greek Yogurt (100 calories) around lunch and just had a granola bar (100) along with 3 or 4 wint-o-green mints which I've often found work nicely against feeling hungry.

At home tonight I'll probably have an orange or maybe about 180 calories worth of turkey sausage I have in the house. Depends on if I end up having to do a lot of cleaning prior to graduation tomorrow as the extra work probably will make me hungrier

I probably could easily go without the rest of the night without eating though. I don't know how much is in my head but I feel better, like I'm losing a bit of weight but not a ton. I didn't weigh myself at the start of this but the last time I put my weight into my app I was 2 years ago at 240. I think the doc scale had me a bit above that IIRC. Maybe I'll weight in tonight to get a baseline. I get to eat normally Sat/Sun so with the party I'll have to try to stay moderate :)
