Have you been walking a lot recently? Do your shoes fit properly meaning your foot doesn't slide in them and your heel doesn't want to slide up and -- (edited)

I shoes fit well. I've been making a concerted effort to walk more the past month and I'm sure that's what it is, just bizarre. -- (edited)

No bump is good so it's likely just a strain from overdoing it a bit. I get that sometimes and a day or two of rest will get you feeling better. -- nm
