Oh, they have the talent, they just don't use it properly. That's a separate issue, though.

Yes, currently there's five hours of live, scripted programming every week, more on weeks with PPV events. There are no weeks off, even if the shows fall on holidays (Raw was live on Christmas Day last year).
The company has arguably the best logistics in the world since Raw and Smackdown are almost always in different cities even though they air on consecutive days.
My understanding is they don't fully sell out Raw, Smackdown or house shows. Their big cashcow right now is the WWE Network which has over a million subscribers at $10/month. They go big at WrestleMania every year which sells out a football stadium. They got paid a fuckton for that Saudi Arabia show last month. And with this TV deal, they're going to be swimming in money. They're good for a while.
