So, I linked up something about the show being cancelled on my Tweetbox yesterday, which filters to FB.

And naturally, the person I would expect to have something to say about it had to ask why Bill Maher doesn't get cancelled for the shit he says about the president.
It doesn't happen often - but I absolutely love when someone posts right into my wheelhouse on topics like this.
Aside from the fact that Maher is on HBO and not broadcast network with sponsors to please...
Aside from the fact that comparing Trump to an orangutan has no historical racial implications to it, as suggesting a black woman descended from apes does...
It was glorious to be able to point out that ABC, the exact same network that killed Roseanne, had also, back in the day, killed Politically Incorrect - Bill Maher's first show (as we all know - this dude didn't) for something HE said all those years ago.
It was like the perfect opportunity to come full circle, put a nice bow on a topic and not have to worry about further ridiculous discussion.
