About that 4,645 death figure for deaths in PR due to Maria: The 95% confidence interval is rather enormous.

We can say with 95% confidence is greater than zero. Beyond that it's mostly ASCII shrug.

the real issue is, hundreds if not thousands died that wouldn't necessarily died but for....
