Ehhh, it still paled to 1929-32 which saw 'only' 5 years of GDP growth under FDR prior to a recession

followed then by another 6 years of growth due, in large part, WW2.
Maybe the difference now vs then is the bounce-back has been measured and controlled so it never actually overheated, but this is still uncommonly lengthy
