So we managed to fire a paralegal today who started on Monday.

Dude shows up to his first day of work a half hour late. He's told that while we're not absolutely strict on the clock, we do have training scheduled for him over the next few days and he needs to be on time. Tuesday he shows up at 10:30. Then he falls asleep during his training session. Wednesday it's noon. This morning when he showed up (at about 10:30) he was shown the door.
I'm guessing drug issues, but who knows.
