The labor pool is so shallow. We get 1 out of 5 people scheduled to interview to actually show up for the job interview.

The ones that get passed that huge obstacle of showing up, usually fail the interview, then the ones that have a pulse and pass the interview, don't last more than 2 or 3 weeks.
Rinse repeat...
I can't wait for a recession.
