I heard on Sirius radio yesterday that Echo & the Bunnymen are touring ... I LOVE that band - was one of my favorites in College and it's been YEARS since I saw them perform.

So - they are playing in a festival in Ohio - about 45 minutes from where my friend John lives - so I just have to decide if it's worth a 7 hour drive and a $65 ticket price ... there's of course other bands playing on the day that Echo is too ... and I'd drive down from work on Friday afternoon and then drive back on Sunday ... 14 hours drive time total - so there's that too.
