The best and worst US states for children (weird thing I noticed, both the best and the worst start with New)

The top 10 were: New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Minnesota, Iowa, Utah, Connecticut, Vermont, Nebraska and Virginia.
The lowest 10 were: Arkansas, Alabama, Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, Alaska, Nevada, Mississippi, Louisiana and New Mexico.

I'd assume so. The four western states on the bottom ten have a lot of reservations (I know its handled differently in Alaska) -- nm
