Still, the article makes me think Cousins is at fault. If they could have signed anybody while in overcap, his value isn't the issue.

They're already in debt and now they're more in debt so people want to *strenuously* object?
The Warriors aren't making a mockery of the system, the system is a mockery in and of itself.
