I don't know what you mean by a dab but of the two I can think of one is a ridiculous thing where you put your head in the crook of your bent arm and stick the other one out. That went out before the Obamas.
The other is a weed concentrate that is sometimes called wax or shatter and you need a special rig like a bong but just for dabs. Dabs get you stupid high, from what I've heard. Not being in a legal state it's not available to me.
